Viola Davis’s household celebrated the actor’s many achievements on Dec. 11. Her husband, Julius Tennon, and daughter, Genesis Tennon, joined Davis on the Public Counsel’s annual William O. Douglas Award Dinner honoring “The Woman King star. Former costar and buddy Octavia Spencer offered Davis with the titular award in honor of her dedication to social causes.
