"Glee" Alum Ali Stroker Welcomes Her First Child With Husband David Perlow

Ali Stroker is a mother! On Dec. 8, the “Glee” alum introduced that she welcomed her first baby with husband David Perlow final month. “World meet Jesse Kenneth Perlow! Born 11/8 wholesome and so blissful to be right here!” she wrote on Instagram. “Life won’t ever be the identical. We are so fortunate that you’re our boy!”

The Tony Award winner shared the information together with a number of pictures of child Jesse, together with certainly one of them skin-to-skin cuddling and a candy selfie of her household of three. Stroker’s buddies and followers flooded the feedback with notes of congratulations, together with fellow Broadway star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who wrote, “Um that could be a VERY cute child. . . . and a VERY good title.”

The 35-year-old “Echoes” star shared loads of updates all through her being pregnant as she promoted her new kids’s e-book, “Ali and the Sea Stars,” and ready for her child’s arrival. In early November, she posted a beautiful maternity picture shoot of her cradling her child bump surrounded by fall foliage. “Hard to articulate how grateful I really feel to have the flexibility to hold my child for 9 months,” she wrote. “It’s been a present and a dream come true. This has been an actual privilege. The physique is miraculous. We cannot wait to satisfy you so quickly little man!”

Stroker and Perlow first met in school at New York University and reunited on the Deaf West Theatre revival of “Spring Awakening” in 2015. Together they based ConsiderationTheatre, a corporation that strives to assist actors with disabilities land extra onstage roles. Congratulations to the couple on their Broadway child!
